-Goalie Helmets are in, some equipment has been handed out

-Will be ordering Senior Jerseys

Public Relations: (Darwin/Lori)

Darwin:

-Working on getting date for the Banquet date April 7, or March 31,08

Finance: (Shawn/Randy)

Randy:

-Tournament Book Sponsors total: $5,930.00

Fundraising/Concessions: (Terri/Steve/Wade/Kim)

Terri:

-Pizza Corner Stated didn’t have enough product to fill last order will be a new order soon

-Wreaths are done

-Received from Tastefully Simple $740.00

-Calendars are still coming in the $150.00 for most calendars sold was Wamre

Concession:(Terri/Kim)

Terri:

-Arde Bronson has been given a key to the Concession area

Coaching:(John/Steve N)

Steve:

-Coaches pay was given to Sasha Spinks

Old Business:

-For the 501C3 Status will need to go back 3yrs. on tax returns 

New Business:

-For the 501C3 status will be changes in record keeping, each committee will need to come up with a budget will start with public relations committee

-Board member changes board members going off are : Darwin, Kim, Steve B, and Mike

-Mentoring Program- the older levels helping the younger levels

-The Following Motion was made by Wade: Approval of Bills
