Not Present: Kevin Berger, Sasha Spinks, and Mike Seedorf

Secretary Report: MSC Wade/ Randy

Treasurer’s Report: MSC Darwin/Randy Balance: $14,036.06

Public Relations: (Darwin/Lori)

Darwin:

-Banquet will be March 31, 2008 at 6:00

-Ballot at banquet (election of new board members)

-The full years requirements that pertain to public relations

  -$500.00 / Parades

  -$150.00 / Schools

  -$350.00/ Misc./Promotions

-Total Budget $1000.00

New Business:

-Player’s Fee’s:  will contact Jeff Withuski to see how many Mini Mites are still playing

-Fee’s need to by paid by / High School Boys Feb.1, 08

                                           Everyone else Feb.15, 08

The Following Motion was made by Wade:

Steve Neppl will contact skaters about player fees and set up a payment plan that is approved by him by Jan 18, 08. The motion was second by Randy and passed unanimously.

The Following Motion was made by Terri:

Single Tournament passes will be a $15.00 fee for the weekend pass, or $5.00 per game.  The motion was second by Lori and passed unanimously.

The Following Motion was made by Shawn:

To no longer charge gate fees for league games.  The motion was second by Darwin and passed unanimously.
