Treasurer’s Report: MSC Mike/Lori-- Balance 3,593.44 Need to pay last months calendar winners

Equipment/Transportation (Kevin/Mike)

Kevin:

-He is looking for motors, can get a complete bus for $3,000. We’ll wait for the school board’s decision.

Mike:

-Trying to collect jerseys that are out. There is a lot of mini-mite equipment that has not been returned.

-Still waiting for high school jerseys and other equipment from Grip

Public Relations:(Darwin/Lori)

Darwin:

-Working on newsletter for June, not everyone has e-mail and there is a lot of fundraising efforts going on in the summer months so this newsletter will go out via snail mail

-Will make advertisements for the golf outing to put in the fireworks bags.

Finance: (Shawn/Randy)

-No Report

Fundraising/Concessions: (Terri/Steve B/Wade/Kim)

-Terri:

-Pumpkins are planted we’ll set up sales dates later

-Bridgemart Meats pizza and Tastefully Simple orders will be distributed on Thurs.

-Fireworks will be purchased mainly through Generous Jerry’s. Will be in his ad and he furnishes insurance.

-Three meetings have been held with more to follow and work will begin on the trailer.

Concessions (Terri/Kim)

Coaching: (John/ Steve N)

-Darwin asked that we all help to promote the various camps that will be take place this summer at the arena.
