Present: Mike Seedorf, Terri Hallquist, Steve Neppl, Shawn Kessel, Randy Stach, Sacha Spinks, Darwin Bring, and Kim Chase

Not Present: Kevin Berger, Wade Hansey, Lori Nelson, and Steve Breuer

Guest: John Douglas

Secretary Report: MSC Shawn/ Mike

-Correction Finance people are Shawn and Randy, Motion to approve as amended by Shawn and Mike

Treasurer’s Report: July’s Report MSC Shawn/ Darwin

                                September’s Report MSC Shawn/Terri  Balance is $3,211.94

Equipment/Transportation: (Kevin/Mike)

Mike:

-Started inventory of equipment, had 1 squirt player response for need of equipment, no goalie responses

-Would like to 2 new sets of goalie equipment plus bags, doesn’t have any goalie breezers

-15 Helmets are ordered from Grippers small, medium, and extra small at $40.00 per helmet

The Following Motion was made by Terri:

To spend $500.00 in goalie equipment. The motion was second by Shawn and passed unanimously.

-Kevin has the bus back the bill for the bus is $7,681.54

Public Relations: (Darwin/Lori)

Darwin:

-Handed out flyers at the Headwater Days parade

-NDSCS parade is coming up and Darwin will not be available to help/ Shawn volunteered to help

Finance: (Shawn/ Randy)

Shawn:

-updated database

-Randy is going to send letters to generate for ad’s at this time will not be raising the fee for this

-Will look at different letter that can be sent/ Support a Kid in Hockey

-Blue line Club will be tabled at this time

Fundraising/Concessions: (Terri/Steve/Wade/Kim)

The Following Motion was made by Mike:

To amend the fundraising sheet and handbook .   The motion was second by Sacha and passed unanimously.

Terri:

-Pizza orders and Tastefully Simple orders to collect this week, Tanya Erbes doesn’t want to be the contact for Tastefully Simple would like to have Terri deal directly with Cara Meyers

-Purchased Fair Play books at $18.00 per book Total bill $98.00

Concession: (Terri/Kim)

Terri:

-A bigger coke machine in concession area will be $10.00 a month from Oct to March

-A new frig in concession area is need freezer area is not working

Coaching: (John/ Steve N)

Steve:

Met with figure skaters and discussed ice times came to agreement

John:

-Coaches are set at all levels, for the Girls 19U Mike Seedorf will be the Head Coach

-Low numbers in Mini Mites may need to have another registration night
